  • Anniversary treat @ Arroyo Chophouse- W was salivating for some meat n’ potatoes for our 5th year together, so Arroyo Chophouse here we go! This place is the only restaurant in Southern California that serves exclusively USDA Prime Beef, which is the highest grade of beef available. And there are only 3 out of 1,000 graded beef qualify as
    USDA Prime. The interior decor of ACH is quite cozy and appears to cater to the business crowd, with a live piano playing in the main dining area. The menu offers different cuts of meat, and accommodates those who are more inclined to seafood as well. As for vegetarians, there are enough dishes in the sides menu to satisfy too, and they come in pretty hefty portions.

    Cowboy ribeye, cooked medium rare, this is certainly the most decadent of all cuts, with tons of beefy flavor and fat, cooked perfect together with the crispy char, which is wonderful about the ribeye…..

    New York aged for 40 days, cooked medium well, showing off a lovely amount of char, this is a firmer cut, with a very satisfying “crunch” to it, undoubtedly one of my favourite…..

    The final tab was not cheap for a meaty meal but the Arroyo Chophouse is a very fine example of a classic steak house. I know I’ll definitely bring my business associates and friends here when the occasion comes!
